BlackBerry Instant E-mail

Using this service and a BlackBerry smartphone, you can access your e-mails, view attachments and organise calendar events immediately while on the go, just as though you were sitting in front of your computer. The BlackBerry service offers comfortable e-mail and Internet access, and the monthly fee includes 100 MB of data usage, which is more than sufficient for e-mailing. When used in combination with any of our mobile Internet plans, we offer a discount from the monthly fee (applicable to the SIM card for which the mobile Internet plan has been set up).

Nokia Messaging

Using a compatible Nokia mobile phone, the Nokia Messaging service enables you to access, read and answer your e-mails in no time, as they are automatically downloaded to your phone, including any attachments. You may access up to 10 e-mail accounts simultaneously (e.g. your Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Windows Live Hotmail, Freemail etc. accounts).

Datafax

With T-Mobile's fax-and-data transfer service called Datafax, you can use your mobile phone and the mobile network to send and receive fax messages and digital data (datafiles, tables and diagrams), take advantage of the T-Mobile Internet service and access computer networks or databases. Data sessions can be established between two computers, any (or both) of which may be connected to a mobile phone. One-way data and fax transmission is available to all subscribers without a monthly fee. To be able to receive fax and data calls, you need to subscribe separately for both services. In this case, you will receive separate fax and data call numbers that differ from the number used for voice communication.

Fax

This service may be used without a separate subscription, simply by launching an appropriate fax application upon connecting your compatible mobile phone to a computer. Except in the case of mobile phones capable of receiving fax messages directly, we recommend you to have your fax calls forwarded to the FaxPostman, thereby avoiding the loss of any fax message even if your phone is not connected to the computer.

FaxPost

Part of the Voicemail system, the Faxpost is a special service designed to manage fax messages. If your line is busy, unavailable or when a fax call is unanswered (because, for instance, your mobile phone happens to be disconnected from your computer or fax machine), your fax messages will be delivered to a fax mailbox, from where they can be retrieved at any time.

MMS

As a multimedia message (MMS), you can send a picture, audio or video message to an MMS-enabled phone or e-mail address both in and outside Hungary.
In the "Address" field, you need to specify your recipient's phone number, e-mail address or a special phone number of the service. The size of MMS messages sent by T-Mobile customers may not exceed 300 kB. A number of mobile devices are capable of resizing attachments. Please note that sending and receiving MMS messages also depends on the mobile phone used.

SMS

T-Mobile customers may send SMS text messages from mobile phones, our website or the t-zones WAP portal, to:

  • mobile phones,
  • landline phones and
  • e-mail addresses

The maximum length of a text message is 160 characters; however, some of the more recent mobile phone models are capable of sending longer messages by linking individual 160-character sections together. In such cases, users are reminded by the phone before sending that the message will be delivered in multiple sections and will be billed accordingly. The recipient will then receive the given message comprising several sections as one single message (provided that his mobile phone can handle SMS strings).

t-email

Using t-email, you can access your e-mail account via the Internet with a PDA, desktop or notebook computer, as well as via WAP, in SMS or using voice communication. As part of the t-email service, we also offer mailing and calendar systems to our customers.
