As our monthly-plan customer - once your password protection has been activated - you may add or cancel services only upon entering your subscriber password. To prevent unauthorised access, only messages with a correct password will be accepted. Without the password, all requests will be rejected. Password protection can be activated and deactivated free of charge, after entering your subscriber password.
SMS message format with active password protection:
- ordering: +KEYWORD password (example +HANGPOSTA 14301)
- cancelling: -KEYWORD password (example -HANGPOSTA 14301)
Although the keywords are not case sensitive, be sure to avoid accents or spaces. When password protection is active, you will need to put a space between the keyword and your subscriber password.
To change the status of password protection, your password must be entered in all cases (example: +SMSPASSWORD 14301 for activation and -SMSPASSWORD 14301 for deactivation, with 14301 obviously being replaced with your own five-digit password). Be sure to enter the keywords without accents and spaces - either in upper or lowercase. The message may only contain a space between the keyword and the subscriber password in case password protection has been activated.
