If you, as a foreign private individual, have a card format certificate titled Residence card for family member of an EEA citizen, or a sticker format permit titled Residence card for family member of a Hungarian citizen (placed in the passport of a foreign national by the authority), we need a passport and a bank card of any of the following types: VISA, AMEX, EC/MC, DINERS.
